Sarvam is building the bedrock of Sovereign AI for India. ABOUT THE ROLE
The Solution Architect is the trusted technical advisor who bridges what Sarvam builds and what the client needs. You will work alongside the sales and GTM team to understand prospect requirements, translate them into compelling technical narratives, and ensure every deal moves forward with clarity and momentum. You own the technical relationship with the customer's technology decision maker, end-to-end through the pre-sales cycle.
This is not a support role. You will be in client meetings from day one, shaping how enterprises understand and evaluate Sarvam's AI platform. You will build demos, craft proposals, run pilots, and work directly with product and engineering teams to close the gap between what a client asks for and what Sarvam can deliver. The problems you work on will span voice AI, document intelligence, multilingual agents, and enterprise-grade API platforms.
If you are someone who can hold a technical conversation with an engineering lead and a business conversation with a CXO in the same meeting, this role is for you.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the pre-sales cycle for assigned accounts: from discovery and qualification through to technical proposal and pilot design
- Build and deliver compelling product demos tailored to each prospect's industry, use case, and technical environment
- Create proposals, RFP/RFI responses, solution architecture documents, and commercial models in collaboration with the sales lead
- Work with Forward Deployed Software Engineers (FDSEs) and product teams to scope technical feasibility and define pilot success criteria
- Develop a deep understanding of Sarvam's full product stack: Samvaad, Studio, Akshar, and the API platform (TTS, STT, document digitisation)
- Build reusable demos, case studies, battlecards, and proposal templates that scale across accounts and lift the rest of the team
- Track and communicate client feedback and feature gaps back to product teams with clarity and context
- Support deal reviews and pipeline discussions with data, timelines, and risk flags
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 3-5 years in a pre-sales, solutions consulting, technical sales, or product-facing GTM role, ideally in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology
- Strong communication skills: you can explain complex technical products in simple, outcome-oriented language
- Comfort with technical concepts: APIs, cloud infrastructure, AI/ML workflows. You don't need to write
