Additionally, it requires acting as a deputy Key Account Manager when needed, supporting teams, and collaborating with distributors.

Integrate the company’s products into hospital formulary lists and prepare technical specifications for auctions and quotations.
Maintain and systematically update the customer database, including hospitals, polyclinics, and distributors.
Execute marketing strategies by distributing promotional materials and funds in compliance with guidelines.
Monitor competitor product performance and update the team on market dynamics.
Mentor newcomers, provide peer support, and act as a buddy within development areas.
Ensure synchronization of reports and plans according to SFE requirements.
Serve as a deputy Key Account Manager in their absence, support the team, and work with distributors.
Build relationships with KOLs through presentations and front-end customer interactions.

Educational Qualification & Experience
Educational Qualification: Graduation degree in any discipline; medicine/pharma is preferred
Minimum Work Experience: 3+ years within B2B pharma or medical equipment

Stint in SCM procurement, commercial and pricing, or finance is desired
Exposure to legal contracting/tendering process is preferred
Must have relevant in-country experience
