THE KIND OF WORK YOU'LL SHAPE
Getting hiring right at a culture-first agency isn't straightforward. The roles are nuanced, the talent is opinionated, and the bar is high. This role is for someone who sees talent acquisition as one of the most strategic things an agency can get right.
THE ROLE
You'll own recruitment across Kulfi. Creatives, strategists, technologists, producers. Full-time and freelance. You'll work closely with hiring managers, find people who raise the bar instead of just filling a seat, and help shape how Kulfi shows up as a place people genuinely want to work.
WHAT YOU'LL DRIVE
Run end-to-end recruitment across roles and levels, with a strong focus on high talent density
Build talent pipelines through networking and proactively - identifying emerging, high potential talent
Partner with hiring managers to stay ahead of hiring needs, not just react when roles open up
Continuously research and explore- AI tools/workflows to make hiring & people processes more efficient
Own the candidate experience end-to-end, making each interaction feel thoughtful, personal and well considered
Lead employer branding initiatives that position Kulfi as a place people genuinely want to be a part of, not just another opportunity
Build stronger relationships with colleges, platforms, and communities to continuously expand and strengthen the talent network
WHAT MAKES THIS ROLE DIFFERENT
This is not a coordinator role. You'll own the function and have real influence over who Kulfi becomes as a company
Employer branding and strategic thinking are part of the job from day one, not something you grow into later
WHO YOU ARE
6 months to 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, HR, or any role that has given you a strong understanding of what great hiring looks like
You understand the advertising and creative industry. What different roles actually do, and what makes someone genuinely great at them
You communicate well, know how to hold conversations, and can keep people engaged and interested
Structured and process-oriented. You like building systems, tracking things closely, managing multiple open roles without letting things slip through the cracks
