Senior Manager, HR Operations & Systems
The Opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Manager, HR Operations & Systems, to lead and optimize core HR processes and programs across the employee lifecycle. This role will drive operational excellence by standardizing workflows, improving policies and procedures, enhancing service delivery, and partnering across HR, IT, Payroll, and other functions to ensure scalable, efficient, and employee-centered People Operations.
This is an opportunity to lead a team responsible for delivering consistent, high-quality HR operations while improving the employees’ experience through stronger processes and service delivery.
The ideal candidate brings deep experience in HR operations, process improvement, and cross-functional execution, with the ability to translate business needs into practical and sustainable operating models. Knowledge of Workday HR systems is important, but this role is primarily focused on building a high-performing HR Operations function that delivers consistency, efficiency, and strong internal service.
What You'll Do
Lead and optimize core HR Operations processes, embedding AI agents and agentic workflows across onboarding, offboarding, employee lifecycle changes, and recruiting, etc.
Standardize HR processes, documentation, and operating procedures to improve consistency, efficiency, and compliance.
Identify process gaps, friction points, redundancies, and manual work, and implement scalable, streamlined, tech-enabled solutions.
Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, Finance, Shared Services, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of People programs and processes.
Establish and monitor operational metrics, service levels, and process performance indicators to drive continuous improvement.
Support HR systems enhancements and process changes in partnership with HR
