The Role

We are currently seeking a Sr. Staff member for the Transformation Team within Data Operations. This is a pivotal role as we are at a key inflection point of finding and driving scale into our operator function. You will drive the transformation of Addepar’s Data Operations, scaling efficiency and performance across all core domains: Market Data, Portfolio Data, Custodial Feeds Onboarding, IBOR, and Alternative Investments. Addepar takes a market-based approach to pay. A successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on the role, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target base salary for roles in Colorado, California, and New York.

The current range for this role is $142,000 - $223,000 (base salary) + bonus + equity + benefits.

What You’ll Do

Drive and oversee complex transformation projects across all Data Operations domains, moving the organization from manual, reactive processes to proactive, exception-based workflows

Design and implement process improvements, scalable workflows, and automation to enhance operational efficiency.

Evaluate, pilot, and deploy AI tooling, LLMs, and modern data management platforms to drastically reduce operational friction and cycle times.

Partner closely with Data Engineering, Client Services and Product teams to translate operational transformation requirements into scalable technical roadmaps
