Role

We are looking for a Staff Software Engineer to join our Risk360 team based in Bangalore. This role is based in Bangalore, reporting to the Senior Engineering Manager. You will lead the design and implementation of our Risk360 product, bringing an AI-first approach to development. We are seeking an expert who can build and scale high-performance, reliable systems while leveraging agentic frameworks and cloud-based data platforms.

What you’ll do (Role Expectations)

Lead the design and implementation of the Risk360 product using an AI-first development methodology

Build and scale high-performance, reliable systems within cloud-based data environments

Apply agent workflows to improve day-to-day software development productivity, including coding, testing, and debugging

Design and operate LLM and agent-based systems focusing on tool use, planning, memory, and guardrails

Evaluate and adopt new technologies within cloud-native environments to drive product innovation
