The Opportunity

Join Neysa as a Senior System Engineer/Admin – Linux System & Storage, where you will play a critical role in ensuring the stability, security, and performance of Linux-based infrastructure and storage environments in a 24x7 operational setup.

You will work closely with internal teams and clients to monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot systems, contributing to high availability and operational excellence across data center and office environments.

What you’ll achieve in this role:

Ensure high availability and uptime of Linux systems and storage infrastructure

Strengthen system reliability through proactive monitoring and incident management

Deliver timely resolution of incidents, requests, and changes within SLA

Enhance infrastructure efficiency through automation and optimization

Build strong documentation practices including SOPs and knowledge bases

Roles and Responsibilities

As a Senior System Engineer/Admin – Linux System & Storage, you will:

Work in 24x7 rotational shifts supporting critical infrastructure

Install, configure, manage, and troubleshoot Linux systems, storage, backup, and hardware

Provide L2 support to L1 teams and clients via tickets, email, and calls

Handle incidents, service requests, changes, and problem management as per SLA

Escalate issues as per defined escalation ma
