Key Responsibilities:

✅ Manage end-to-end recruitment for manufacturing and operations roles

Partner with hiring managers to understand talent requirements

Drive sourcing strategies and build strong candidate pipelines

Ensure a seamless candidate and stakeholder experience throughout the hiring process

What We're Looking For:

2–6 years of recruitment experience

Strong sourcing, stakeholder management, and coordination skills

Proven experience hiring for manufacturing roles (mandatory)

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Immediate joiners preferred
