Position Overview

Everpure is looking for a dynamic, data-driven, and highly proactive TA Sourcer to join our growing Asia Pacific Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will specifically focus on building robust talent pipelines for our Global Sales Organization (GSO) in India.

Our GSO team drives Everpure’s revenue and market expansion. As a TA Sourcer, you will be the engine of our sales hiring, partnering closely with TA Managers and Sales Leaders to hunt for top-tier, revenue-generating talent. If you have a knack for identifying competitive, high-performing passive sales professionals and know how to sell a career opportunity as effectively as a sales rep sells a product, this role is for you.

Location: Bangalore, India - 5 days in office policy

Key Responsibilities

Sales Sourcing & Market Mapping: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean, X-ray searching, LinkedIn Recruiter, and industry networks) to identify top passive sales talent across roles like Inside Sales, Account Executives, Enterprise Sales, and Business Development Managers.

Competitor Hunting: Actively map and headhunt from competitor sales organizations and relevant industries within key commercial hubs in India.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with GSO Recruiters and Sales Directors to deeply understand specific target markets, territory requirements, quota expectations, and ideal candidate personas.

High-Impact Engagement: Craft compelling, persuasive outreach messages that resonate with sales professionals, effectively highlighting Everpure's market position, uncapped potential, and growth trajectory.

Sales-Focused Screening: Conduct initial screens to evaluate candidates’ commercial acumen, track record of hitting quotas, communication eloquence, and overall drive/resilience.

Pipeline Building: Maintain an active, diverse pipeline of "ready-to-hire" sales talent to significantly reduce time-to-fill for critical commercial vacancies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience: 3+ years of dedicated sourcing or recruitment experience, with a proven track record of sourcing for commercial, sales, or business development roles in India.

Sourcing Tools: Mastery of LinkedIn Recruiter and major Indian job platforms. Experience using sales intelligence tools (e.g., ZoomInfo, Apollo) or CRMs to trace sales talent is a major plus.

Sales Literacy: Ability to understand sales terminology (e.g., quotas, conversion rates, pipeline velocity, enterprise vs. SMB sales models) and vet candidates accordingly.
