ABOUT THIS ROLE

We're hiring a Team Lead in Organic Growth Strategy: someone who can run a small group of Strategists while still owning their own book of clients. The split is 50/50 by design. Leadership here doesn't graduate you out of the work - it's done alongside it, by people who still ship great work themselves.

Our Strategy function has scaled to the size where leadership needs to sit close to the work. Team Leads are how we keep quality and team health intact as we grow. You'll be one of two reporting into the Director of Organic Growth Strategy, with a small group of Strategists looking to you for coaching, QA, and direction.

This is a hands-on role. You'll still be doing strategy, QA, and client work - just at half the volume so you can develop the people doing the same. If you want a route out of the craft and into pure management, this is the wrong job.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Develop a group of Strategists. You'll run bi-weekly 1:1s with each person, give honest feedback on their work and their growth, and coach the skills that separate good strategists from great ones: analytical depth, business judgment, research instincts, and the ability to turn insight into client outcomes. When deadlines slip or quality drops, you have the conversation.

- Hold the quality bar for your team. You're accountable for what your Strategists ship. That doesn't mean reviewing every output. It means knowing which work is risky enough to need your eyes, which Strategists need closer support right now, and which deliverable types you haven't seen done well yet. Selective QA done well beats blanket review every time.

- Run your own clients at full strength. Half your week is your own book of accounts. The bar is the same one any senior individual contributor in the function carries: deep client knowledge, sharp strategy, and delivery you can be proud of. Leadership doesn't soften the expectations on your own work.

- Help build the team. You'll screen and interview candidates for Strategist roles, give clear hiring input, and own the onboarding of new Strategists into your group. The team you inherit is the team you've helped pick.

- Make the function repeatable. You'll spo
