About the role

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic incumbent to join the Talent Acquisition team. This role will be responsible for not only managing the end-to-end talent acquisition process but also for leading and mentoring a team of Talent Advisors, ensuring alignment with business priorities and delivering high-quality hiring outcomes. The role involves close collaboration with hiring managers, strong stakeholder engagement and driving an exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end hiring for RnD (IPDO & Biologics); work closely with hiring managers to understand needs and plan hiring.

Partner with Scouting team and Operations team to ensure delivery against agreed timelines.

Track and focus on key hiring metrics as defined in the scorecard; drive accountability for outcomes.

Use data (hiring demand, attrition, gaps) to provide insights and improve hiring decisions.

Do market mapping and build strong market intelligence on talent availability, competitor landscape, and salary benchmarks.

Work with hiring managers to clearly define roles to attract the right candidates.

Ensure positions are closed on time with quality candidates and within SLA.

Drive internal hiring through IJP and internal talent pools.

Set regular cadence with business leaders; publish hiring status and provide insights.

Drive periodic reviews with P&O and business teams to track progress and resolve challenges.

Handle offer discussions and negotiations, ensuring internal parity and market alignment.

Ensure all hiring processes, systems, and documentation are followed properly.

Build strong relationships with stakeholders, candidates, and partners.

Take up special projects in collaboration with HR Direct and CoE teams to improve hiring effectiveness and candidate experience.

Educational qualification: MBA/bachelor’s degree in management (Preferably Human Resources Management)

Minimum work Experience: 12 + plus years of HR experience, primarily in end to end Talent Acquisition.
