We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst who will play a key role within the Operations, Governance, and Control team by gathering, analysing, and documenting data requirements to support the delivery of a centralised, self-service data platform across all business divisions, while assuming responsibility for existing data reporting and operational support activities. The role will have significant responsibility within the Data Strategy initiatives, including leading the end-to-end migration, reconciliation, and validation of five critical data domains to ensure business reporting requirements are successfully transitioned and aligned with business needs. In parallel, the position will contribute to foundational Data Strategy enablers, such as Master Data Management (MDM), data lineage, data cataloguing, and governance artefacts - essential to achieving sustainable, scalable, and compliant self-service analytics. The Technical Business Analyst will also produce high-quality documentation and actionable reports and dashboards to support informed, data-driven decision-making across program teams and senior leadership. This is a remote opportunity with shift timing starting from 7AM during normal time & 6AM during daylight savings.
Your EDGE Assignment/You Will
Gather, analyse, and document data and reporting requirements across business divisions to support delivery of a centralised, self-service data platform.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineering, and tech ops teams to translate business needs into clear, traceable technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria, using Jira and Azure DevOps, ensuring alignment with agile delivery cycles.
Lead requirements, planning, and validation activities for the end-to-end migration, reconciliation, and testing of five critical data domains, ensuring reporting continuity and alignment with business needs.
Maintain ownership of existing data reporting and operational support activities, promptly identifying and resolving reporting or data quality issues.
Document current and future state processes, data flows, and governance standards, ensuring clear, accessible, and version-controlled documentation.
Contribute to foundational Data Strategy initiatives, including Master Data Management (MDM), data lineage
