Technical Product Manager
Endor Labs
About the role
Who we are
Endor Labs is building the Application Security platform for the software development revolution. Modern software is complex and dependency-rich, making it increasingly difficult to pinpoint the risks that truly matter. Endor Labs solves this challenge by building a call graph of your entire software estate—enabling teams to clearly identify, prioritize, and fix critical risks faster.
Trusted by companies that are one or one hundred years old, Endor Labs secures code whether it was written by humans or AI, and whether it's 40-year old C++ code or cutting-edge Bazel Monorepos. Endor Labs was founded by serial entrepreneurs Varun Badhwar and Dimitri Stiliadis, and is backed by leading VC firms such as Dell Technology Capital, Lightspeed, and Sierra Ventures.
What you’ll do
We're building the industry's leading AI-Native Application Security platform, and we're looking for a Technical Product Manager to own one of the most critical problem spaces in security today: Software Supply Chain Security. Open source ecosystems have become a massive attack vector—recent incidents like the Shai Hulud malware campaign show just how quickly threats propagate through the software supply chain. You'll drive the products that stop them, while helping enterprises ensure compliance with their OSS License Use obligations.
Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to identify customer needs and market trends to develop a deep understanding of the market landscape and identify key areas of competitive differentiation and market disruption.
Develop a product roadmap and specify product requirements that align with business goals and customer needs to build a robust product-market fit.
Leverage AI-assisted analysis across our platform to surface the most critical security risks, while keeping humans in the loop for high‑impact decisions.
Work closely with the engineering team to prioritize and deliver product features that improve developer experience and security, including but not limited to:
Building intuitive developer tools and APIs
Providing clear and concise documentation
Optimizing development workflows for secure software development
Ensuring product compatibility with popular developer frameworks, tools and platforms
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, marketing, and sales, to deliver high-quality products with a clear value proposition and competitive positioning.
Establish clear metrics and KPIs to continuously evaluate product performance, adoption, and usability with a direct feedback loop into the product roadmap.
Foster a culture of experimentation and rapid iteration to test and validate product ideas.
Serve as the internal and external evangelist for your products.
