At GoDaddy the future of work looks different for each team. Some teams work in the office full-time, others have a hybrid arrangement (they work remotely some days and in the office some days) and some work entirely remotely.

If designated as hybrid, you’ll divide your time between working remotely from your home and an office location, so you should live within commuting distance. If designated as remote, you’ll be working remotely from your home and may occasionally visit a GoDaddy office to meet with your team for events or meetings. What you'll get to do...

As a senior engineering leader, you will guide end‑to‑end engineering excellence across a portfolio of product and platform teams, shaping how we build, scale, and innovate.

Engineering Leadership and Execution

Lead multiple product engineering organizations spanning frontend, backend, cloud infrastructure, and AI‑enabled systems

Build and develop high‑performing, inclusive engineering leadership teams, fostering a culture of ownership, continuous improvement, and sustainable delivery

Partner closely with Product and Design to align execution with strategic priorities and customer outcomes

Advance engineering excellence across scalability, reliability, experimentation, and developer productivity

Lead quarterly and annual planning across innovation, platform modernization, and operational stability

AI‑Native Transformation

Embed AI and emerging intelligent capabilities across developer workflows, customer experiences, and internal systems

Champion AI‑assisted engineering practices, including code generation, intelligent testing, automation, a
