Video Editor (Remote)
Wing is on the exciting mission of redefining the future of work for companies worldwide! We are looking to be the one-stop shop for companies that are looking to build world-class teams & place their operations on autopilot.
And we’re looking for a Video Editor to start immediately!
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1. Edit raw footage into polished, high-performing videos (short-form ads, UGC-style content, tutorials, and social media clips).
2. Perform color correction, audio cleanup, and basic sound design.
3. Deliver multiple versions optimized for different platforms and formats
4. Use AI tools (VEO3, Runway, Pika, Descript, or similar) to generate or augment UGC-style videos.
5. Maintain human-like, authentic pacing, tone, and delivery in AI-generated content.
6. Iterate quickly based on creative feedback and performance metrics.
7. Add animated titles, captions, transitions, overlays, and infographics.
8. Build reusable motion templates for faster production.
9. Apply design principles to create visually engaging content aligned with brand guidelines.
10. Write hooks, scripts, and storyboards for short-form content.
11. Research trends and competitor videos to propose new angles.
12. Test multiple creative approaches and optimize for engagement and conversion.
13. Work with marketing, creative, and content teams to deliver assets on schedule.
14. Maintain organized project files and asset libraries.
15. Suggest improvements to AI-assisted workflows and content pipelines.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in any field or professional certification in marketing or business-related courses
• 2+ years experience in video editing
• Proven video editing experience
• Proficient in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve)
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal (at least B2 level)
• Solid organizational and time management skills
• Experience or willingness to work with AI video generation tools
• Experience/Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign, and other graphic design software
• Motion graphics and animation skills (Preferred but not required)
• Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects
• Able to work on a graveyard shift
Nice-To-Have/Bonus:
• Experience with direct-response marketing and high-converting ad campaigns.
• Background as a UGC creator or content strategist.
• Advanced skills in 3D animation, VFX, or interactive video formats.
