Part of the People Solutions org, we partner with Corporate Technology, Finance, and the wider People team including Talent and Total Rewards to build a world-class employee experience. What you’ll do
As a Senior People Systems Analyst, you'll be a technical anchor for our Workday ecosystem. This role isn't just about maintenance. It's about architecting the future of our People data. You'll own the technical health of our HCM, Compensation, and Prism environments, balancing critical KLTO (Keep Lights On) operations with high-impact strategic projects.
Beyond core Workday, you'll act as a bridge to our broader tech stack, supporting and optimizing HRIS tools built on top of Workday to ensure a seamless data flow and a unified user experience.
You'll play a pivotal role during high-pressure cycles like Annual Total Rewards (ATR), acting as a bridge between complex technical requirements and the urgent needs of our Compensation stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Architect and Execute: Lead the technical configuration for annual cycles (ATR and Comp Planning), driving technical requirements, implementation, testing, and deployment to ensure a frictionless user experience.
High-Pressure Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary technical partner for the Compensation team. You'll navigate high-stakes environments with composure, translating urgent business needs into scalable Workday solutions.
Collaborative Escalation: Actively contribute to our supportive team culture by sharing knowledge and assisting peers. You must demonstrate the judgment to escalate risks and roadblocks timely, ensuring that "pressure" doesn't become "blockage."
System Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as the primary expert and point-of-contact for day-to-day support of Workday HCM and Compensation, managing business processes, integrations, reporting, and dashboards to ensure consistent, high-quality operations.
Data Orchestration: Leverage Workday Prism to ingest, transform, and report on high-volume data sets, providing leadership with actionable insights.
